Dieser Wein stammt von ausgewählten Trauben aus der Vinha do Seixo, die auf Ton über Marmor im sogenannten Antiklinal von Estremoz gepflanzt wurde. Die Cuvée besteht aus der Rebsorte Roupeiro, die in der ersten Septemberwoche geerntet wurde, und Arinto, der Mitte desselben Monats gelesen wurde, und präsentiert Harmonie, Frische und Ausgewogenheit. Der Most jeder Rebsorte durchläuft seine alkoholische Gärung zu 45 % in neuen französischen Eichenfässern und zu 55 % in zuvor für die Gärung früherer Weißweine Reserva verwendeten Fässern. Nach dem Ablauf der alkoholischen Gärung im Fass folgen zwei Monate Batonnage und eine Reifung von 10 Monaten, stets im Fass. Diese lange Reifung im Holz hebt die Noblesse dieses Weins hervor.
