Das Weingut Quinta do Poeira befindet sich in Provesende, entlang eines Hangs im Pinhão-Tal, am rechten Ufer des gleichnamigen Flusses. Die Nordausrichtung ist ein wesentlicher Aspekt für den Stil der Weine, die wir herstellen möchten. Die Temperaturen in der Region sind im Sommer stets sehr hoch, und an einem nach Norden ausgerichteten Hang reift die Traube immer langsamer, wodurch Aromen, Geschmacksrichtungen und Säure besser erhalten bleiben. Weinbereitung des Rotweins Pó de Poeira: in Steintanks mit Fußstampfen. Reifung: 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern.
