Moscatel de Setúbal ist ein Likörwein mit kontrollierter Herkunftsbezeichnung (D.O.C.), der seit 1907 anerkannt ist. Dieser Likörwein wird aus der Rebsorte Moscatel hergestellt, einer Rebsorte, die sich durch ihren fruchtigen, honigartigen Charakter mit Aroma auszeichnet von tropischen Früchten. Bei diesem Wein handelt es sich um eine Charge aus 6 Ernten, wobei die jüngste Ernte mindestens 20 Jahre alt ist und die älteste aus dem Jahr 1911 stammt, was zu einem komplexen, aromatischen, eleganten Wein mit langem Abgang führt. Ein Teil der Jahresproduktion des Moscatel de Setúbal ist für eine längere Reifung in gebrauchten Holzfässern bestimmt, die in der Adega dos Teares Velhos, im Casa Museu, in Vila Nogueira de Azeitão besichtigt werden können.
