Vinifizierung des Madeira-Weins Barbeito Single Harvest 2010: Dieser Single Harvest entsteht aus der Mischung von Mosten, die aus Trauben von einzigartigen Weinbergen stammen, die an den Südküsten und Nordküsten Madeiras liegen. Die Hälfte der Trauben wurde eine Woche vor ihrer vollständigen Reife gelesen, während die andere Hälfte in der darauffolgenden Woche gelesen wurde. Es wurde eine kleine kontinuierliche Presse verwendet, um mit diesen beiden Praktiken eine höhere Säure in den Mosten zu erzielen. Der Alterungsprozess im Canteiro begann im März 2010 in alten Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Im November 2021 wurden 3.001 Einheiten abgefüllt, die alle einzeln nummeriert sind.
