Rebsorten: Vom Naturell gezüchtet, stammt der CV Curriculum Vitae von einem einzigen 100 Jahre alten Weinberg, der mit 35 verschiedenen Rebsorten bepflanzt ist. Mit Nord-Sonnenausrichtung finden sich hier Rebsorten wie Rufete, Tinta Amarela, Donzelinho Tinto, Tinta Francisca, Sousão, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional und andere. Vinifikation: CV - Curriculum Vitae Douro Tinto stammt von einem einzigen Weinberg im Tal des Flusses Torto. Alle Trauben werden von Hand geerntet und vor dem Entrappen ausgewählt und in die Lagares gegeben. Alle Trauben werden 2-3 Tage vor Beginn der Gärung zu Fuß zerdrückt. Der Wein wird in Lagares vergoren, und gelegentlich findet das Fußstampfen statt, um Tannine, Farbe und Geschmack im Wein ausgewogen zu extrahieren. Die Weine werden in französische Eichenfässer (225 Liter) zu 75 % neu umgefüllt für die malolaktische Gärung und Reifung. Dieser Wein reifte 26 Monate in Fässern. Die Endmischung wurde im Januar hergestellt, und der Wein reifte weitere 2 Monate in Edelstahl bis zum Abfülltermin.
