O Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaco Alvarinho 2022 Magnum é um vinho verde feito exclusivamente com uvas da casta Alvarinho, da Sub-Região de Monção e Melgaço, a mais nobre da região dos Vinhos Verdes, onde o Alvarinho encontra as condições únicas para a sua produção. Vinificação do Vinho Verde Quintas de Melgaço Alvarinho 2022: Prensagem suave e decantação de 12 a 36 horas a uma temperatura controlada entre 12ºC - 16ºC. Fermentação até 15 dias com controlo de temperatura entre 16ºC - 18ºC. Estágio: em cubas de inox com temperatura controlada e movimento regular das borras durante 2 meses.
