Tiefviolette schwarze Farbe. Die komplexe und verführerische Nase hat die archetypische Croft-Opulenz, zeigt aber beeindruckende Tiefe, Hintergrund und Aromareserven. Eine reichhaltige, kraftvolle Fruchtigkeit bildet den Hintergrund für berauschende Aromen von Blumen und Zistrose. Am Gaumen erscheint ein köstlicher Geschmack reifer Wildfrüchte. Die samtige Textur des Weines wird durch spannungsgeladene, muskulöse und perfekt eingebundene Tannine unterstützt, die im Abgang Widerstand leisten und eine attraktive Festigkeit und Kraft verleihen. Männlicher und strukturierter als einige neuere Jahrgänge dieses klassischen Hauses, zeigt der 2011er die ganze reichhaltige reife Frucht und den exotischen, parfümierten Charakter, die mit dem Croft-Hausstil verbunden sind.
