Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta das Bageiras Pai Abel Branco: Es handelt sich um einen Wein aus Trauben, die etwa 15 Jahre alt sind, bei denen die Produktion drastisch reduziert wird. Er wurde im offenen Bica-Verfahren vinifiziert, wobei der größte Teil in kleine Dekanter von 1 m³ gefüllt wurde, in denen er zwischen 24 und 36 Stunden verblieb, um die Dekantierung durch natürliche Nutzung zu ermöglichen. Am Ende dieses Prozesses fermentiert er in gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern, die in der Region Burgund gekauft wurden. Es wurde eine Verbindung hergestellt und in den Fässern stagnierte er, bis er auf natürliche Weise vollständig klar wurde. Abgefüllt ohne Filtration oder Schönung.
