Callabriga ist ein Rotwein aus dem Douro mit einem zeitgenössischen, intensiven und eleganten Profil, geschaffen, um die Vielseitigkeit und die faszinierende Aktualität der Weine aus dem Douro widerzuspiegeln. Callabriga ist einer der innovativsten Weine von Casa Ferreirinha, der Marke mit der größten Tradition in Qualitätsweinen im Douro und einer ihrer größten weltweiten Referenzen. Er wird im Keller der Quinta da Leda vinifiziert, aus Trauben, die von Parzellen stammen, die sich auf dem Anwesen und von angrenzenden Weinbergen befinden. Es werden Trauben mit ausgewogener Reife ausgewählt, das Ergebnis eines günstigen Vegetationszyklus. Nach dem Entrappen und sanften Zerdrücken werden die Trauben in Edelstahltanks und/oder Lagares geleitet, wo verlängerte Mazerationen stattfinden. Mit dieser Technologie soll erreicht werden, dass die Qualitätsbestandteile, die in den Schalen der reifen Trauben vorhanden sind, sanft in den Wein übergehen.
