Aus der Quinta S. João Batista stammt dieser Cabeça de Toiro Reserva Privada, ein Wein von außergewöhnlichem Charakter, hergestellt aus der Rebsorte Alicante Bouschet. Produziert aus von Hand in den frühen Morgenstunden geernteten Trauben, wurde er mit kontinuierlichem Kontakt zu den Schalen vinifiziert. Er reifte 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und ergibt einen vollmundigen, komplexen Wein mit Nuancen von Schokolade, Tabak und Gewürzen, der mit einem harmonischen und langanhaltenden Abgang überzeugt.
