Aguardente Bagaceira, hergestellt durch Destillation von frischen Tresterresten, die kurz nach der Weinlese ausgewählt wurden. Das Verfahren zur Alkoholgewinnung ist die Stripping-Destillation, bei der Dampf durch die Rückstände (Kerne und Schalen) geleitet wird, die nach dem Gärungsprozess der Weine übrig bleiben. Nach der Destillation mehrerer Chargen werden die Brände ausgewählt, vorbereitet und abgefüllt, um ein Produkt mit Harmonie und Ausgewogenheit zu erhalten. Die Frische und Komplexität dieses Brandes machen ihn zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl als Digestif, der sowohl pur als auch zusammen mit einem guten Espresso genossen werden kann.
