Bodegas de San Román y Viñedos wurden 1997 von der Familie García übernommen, die eine Gelegenheit sah, das Geschäft durch den Erwerb alter Weinberge in der Region Toro zu erweitern. Derzeit verfügt das Anwesen über 130 Hektar biologisch zertifizierte und etwa 40 Jahre alte Weinberge. Seine Weine sind für ihre Fülle, Komplexität und Mineralität bekannt.
San Román Bodegas y Viñedos ist das zweite Weingut von Mariano García und seiner Familie in der Herkunftsbezeichnung Toro. Es wurde nach Bodegas Mauro im Valle del Duero gegründet und mit Garmón Continental, einem exklusiven Projekt in Ribera del Duero, das 2014 gestartet wurde, vervollständigt Die Anwesen befassen sich mit dem Stil des Weinbaus, der auf dem Respekt vor den Besonderheiten jedes Gebiets basiert, die eine besondere Weinbauphilosophie darstellen.
