Vinifikation des Duorum Reserve Tinto 2019: Die Trauben werden sortiert und entrappt. Anschließend erfolgt die Mazeration vor der Gärung bei niedriger Temperatur mit Robotertretung in Edelstahlmühlen. Anschließend werden sie in temperaturkontrollierte Edelstahltanks verbracht. Die Weinbereitung endet mit der Mazeration nach der Gärung. Die Massen bleiben maximal 18 Tage lang mit dem Most in Kontakt. Reifung in französischen Eichenfässern für einen Zeitraum von etwa 18 Monaten.
