Der Pago de los Capellanes Doroteo 2020 ist ein limitierter Rotwein, der geschaffen wurde, um das 25-jährige Bestehen des Weinguts zu feiern und Doroteo Rodero, den Vater von Paco Rodero, dem Gründer der Bodega, zu ehren. Er wird aus hundertjährigen Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) Weinbergen in der D.O. Ribera del Duero hergestellt, reift 36 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und anschließend mindestens 24 Monate in der Flasche. Er zeigt eine intensive, leuchtende kirschrote Farbe, mit Aromen von reifen schwarzen Früchten, balsamischen Noten und süßen Gewürzen. Am Gaumen ist er frisch, seidig und ausgewogen, mit polierten Tanninen und einem anhaltenden Abgang.
