Vinifikation: Die Vinifikation der drei Rebsorten erfolgt separat, wobei die Cuvée später hergestellt wird. Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und die Pressung der ganzen Trauben erfolgt in einer pneumatischen Presse. Nach 48 Stunden Dekantation fermentiert der Most bei 18ºC in 500L Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Nach Abschluss der Fermentation reift der Wein 10 Monate in den Fässern mit wöchentlichem Batonnage für 2 Monate.
