Im Juni 2009, zur Feier des 50-jährigen Bestehens der Cia Müller, wurde die Reserva 51 eingeführt, die viele Jahre lang ausschließlich im persönlichen Besitz von Herrn Guilherme Müller Filho, dem Seu Ézio, war. Als Besitzer eines feinen Gaumens entwickelte er einen Cachaça mit perfektem Gleichgewicht zwischen Aroma, Geschmack und Farbe. So entstand die Reserva 51 Única, ein extra premium Cachaça, die in Eichenfässern gereift und mit größter Sorgfalt und Hingabe hergestellt wurde. Der Extra Premium Cachaça Reserva 51 Única ist ein destilliertes Getränk aus den edelsten Zuckerrohrsorten und reift ausschließlich in amerikanischen Eichenfässern. Das Ergebnis ist ein Cachaça mit einem sanften Geschmack und einem unverwechselbaren Bouquet.
