Vinifizierung des Weins Beyra Grande Reserva Tinto Magnum: Manuelle Ernte, Empfang mit vollständiger Entrappung und sofortiger Zerkleinerung. Fermentation zwischen 22 - 26 ºC für etwa 7 Tage mit sanfter Mazeration in Zementtanks, Mazeration unter Anwendung der klassischen Technik des "delestage", etwa 3 bis 4 pro Fermentation, malolaktische Fermentation in gebrauchten Fässern.
