Vinifikation des Brites Aguiar 2019 Rotweins: Die Trauben wurden vollständig entrappt und zerdrückt. Nach der kalten Vorgärung Hautkontakt für 48 Stunden. Die Gärung erfolgte in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierten Temperaturen, wobei die gesamte Mazeration mehr als 60 Tage dauerte, jedoch ohne größere Extraktionen. Der Wein gelangte in Edelstahltanks, in denen die malolaktische Gärung stattfand, und gelangte dann zur ersten und zweiten Verwendung direkt in 500-Liter-Fässer aus französischer Eiche, wo er 18 Monate lang reifte.
