Quinta dos Carvalhais Weiß Special ist ein erhabener Wein, der alte Dão-Traditionen wie die späte Abfüllung in Holzfässern gereifter Weißweine wiederbelebt und auf ein neues Niveau hebt. Das Ergebnis besteht aus einer Reihe von Weinen aus den besten Ernten, die lange Jahre auf dem Anwesen in Eichenfässern und Fässern gereift sind, in denen Rebsorten wie Encruzado, Gouveio und Semillon zusammenkommen. Das Ergebnis ist ein sehr komplexer Wein, der Aromen von Schießpulver und Trüffeln hervorhebt , etwas Honig und Trockenfrüchte. Abgefüllt im November 2021.
