Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé 2022 ist ein Roséwein aus dem Dão von außergewöhnlicher Qualität, der höchste Ausdruck von Eleganz und Reichtum. Als Erbe alten Wissens verbindet Quinta dos Carvalhais Erfahrung mit Innovation, um sehr elegante Weine mit intensiv zarten Aromen und der einzigartigen Persönlichkeit der Region zu schaffen. Die Trauben der Sorten Touriga Nacional und Alfrocheiro, die Teil dieser Charge sind, wurden separat geerntet und vinifiziert. Die Lese erfolgte früher als üblich für einen Rotwein, damit die Trauben eine gute Säure und Frische bewahren. Sie wurden sehr schonend gepresst, ohne Entrappen oder Quetschen, in einer pneumatischen Presse, wobei der Most in offenen Edelstahlbehältern bei einer Temperatur von etwa 14ºC-16ºC vergoren wurde. Der Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé wurde direkt nach einer kurzen Reifezeit von etwa 4 Monaten in Edelstahltanks abgefüllt.
