Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta do Poco do Lobo reserva Rosé 2022: Die sorgfältig ausgewählten Trauben wurden in der ersten Septemberhälfte geerntet, sanft gepresst, und der daraus resultierende Most wurde in gereiften Eichenfässern und in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur vergoren. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung erfolgte eine Battonage über 5 Monate. Abgefüllt wurde im März 2019.
