Dies ist der zweite zertifizierte biologische Wein des Weinguts, nach der Einführung des Covela Avesso Reserva Biológico. Im COVELA Avesso Natur wurden die normalerweise zur Stabilisierung der Weine verwendeten Sulfite durch die Blüte der getrockneten Kastanie (Castanea sativa Mill.) ersetzt, die von den Kastanienbäumen in Covela geerntet und von unseren Weinbauteams von Hand vorbereitet wird.
