Der Borges Real Senhor Brut Nature Multimillésime ist eine Hommage an sorgfältig ausgewählte Premiumweine für eine unvergleichliche und charaktervolle Komposition. Vinifikation: vollständige Entrappung der Trauben, die gepresst werden, wobei ausschließlich der Abpressmost verwendet wird. Es folgt eine statische Kaltdekantierung über 24 Stunden, nach denen der Most von den Hefen getrennt wird. Die kontrollierte Gärung beginnt bei 14 ºC. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung reift der Wein 2 Monate auf den feinen Hefen. Die verwendete Methode zur Herstellung des Schaumweins ist die klassische Methode, mit der zweiten Gärung in der Flasche. Nach der Vorbereitung des Basisweins wird Tirage-Likör hinzugefügt und anschließend erfolgt die Abfüllung. Die Schaumweinbereitung oder zweite Gärung erfolgt bei 12 ºC im Keller. Es folgt die Reifung, die die notwendige Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, um das gewünschte Qualitätsniveau zu erreichen. Vor der Vermarktung erfolgt die Remuage und das Dégorgement, wobei der Prozess mit der Zugabe des für jede Ernte ausgewählten Expedition-Likörs abgeschlossen wird. Mindestalterung 24 Monate.

Der Gaumen ist elegant und voluminös, mit intensiver und knuspriger Mousse. Cremig und umhüllend im Mund mit sehr ausgewogener Säure, die ihm einen langen und samtigen Abgang verleiht.
In der Nase offenbart sich ein komplexes und intensives Aroma mit Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, ausgewogen durch reife weiße Früchte, die sich zart mit floralen Nuancen und sanften gerösteten und Brioche-Noten vermischen.
