Es handelt sich um einen Rotwein, der aus einer Mischung roter Trauben aus den Alentejo-Weinbergen und roten Baga-Trauben aus der Weinregion Bairrada hergestellt wird. Nach dem Gärungsprozess bei kontrollierten Temperaturen in Edelstahltanks wurden die Weine umgefüllt und blieben 12 Monate lang in Tonamphoren, bevor sie gemischt und in Flaschen abgefüllt wurden.
