Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé 2022 ist ein Dão-Roséwein von außergewöhnlicher Qualität, der ultimative Vertreter von Eleganz und Reichtum. Quinta dos Carvalhais ist der Erbe alten Wissens und kombiniert Erfahrung mit Innovation, um sehr elegante Weine mit intensiv delikaten Aromen und der einzigartigen Persönlichkeit der Region zu kreieren. Die Trauben Touriga Nacional und Alfrocheiro, die Teil dieser Mischung sind, wurden getrennt geerntet und vinifiziert. Die Lese erfolgte früher als bei einem Rotwein üblich, so dass die Trauben eine gute Säure und Frische bewahrten. Sie wurden in einer pneumatischen Presse sehr schonend gepresst, ohne zu entsteppen oder zu zerdrücken, wobei der Most in einem Edelstahltank bei einer Temperatur von etwa 14 °C bis 16 °C vergoren wurde. Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rosé wurde nach einer kurzen Reifung sofort in Flaschen abgefüllt Reifezeit ca. 4 Monate in Edelstahltanks.
Im Mund sticht die für die Dão-Region typische knackige Säure hervor, die ihm Frische verleiht. Eleganter, komplexer und ansprechender Wein mit fruchtigen Noten, die im Mund wieder auftauchen und in einem langen und harmonischen Abgang anhalten.
