Im Mund ist er vollmundig und frisch mit lebhafter Säure in einem langen und anhaltenden Abgang. Es ist ein sehr gastronomischer Wein mit großem Lagerpotenzial.
Er zeigt ein mineralisches und komplexes Aroma, in dem Noten von Trockenfrüchten und Zitrusnoten mit leichten Anklängen von gut integrierter Fassreife hervorstechen.
