Vinifikation des Weins Bafarela Grande Reserva Tinto 2021 Magnum: sorgfältige Auswahl der Trauben im Weinberg. Die Entrappung war vollständig und die Pressung kontrolliert. Es gab einen pelicularen Kontakt vor der Fermentation bei niedrigen Temperaturen über 48 Stunden. Die Fermentation fand in Edelstahltanks mit kontrollierter Temperatur statt, und die Mazeration mit moderater Extraktion dauerte über 40 Tage. In neuen Edelstahltanks führte der Wein die malolaktische Fermentation durch und kam sofort in Fässer (500 Liter) aus französischer Eiche, wo er 12 Monate reifte.
