Mirabilis Tinto ist von der Linie der großen Weine der Welt inspiriert, bei der Texturen, Aromen, Schwere und Transparenz entstehen. Nach der sorgfältigen Auswahl der besten Parzellen und einer gepflegten Ernte gerät diese Charge in Konflikt mit der Herkunft des Rohstoffs und lässt das Konzept des Terroirs außer Acht. Es handelt sich um einen unwiederholbaren Wein, der nicht Jahr für Jahr kopiert werden kann, mit einer heterogenen Zusammensetzung Kleine Mengen, ein paar Liter von jedem unserer besten Fässer, durchlaufen eine lange Expertenverkostung bis zum Endergebnis. Mirabilis spiegelt die Weinbaujahre mit größerer Tiefe der Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo wider, widergespiegelt in einem dichten Wein, intensiv in den Aromen, dreidimensional, enorme körperliche Nachhaltigkeit, tiefgründig und sehr präzise.
