Schwarze Farbe mit violettem Rand. Eine Nase von großer Reinheit, die sich mit einer kräftigen Note konzentrierter Schwarzwälder Früchte, gemischt mit Himbeere und Pflaume, öffnet. Um diesen dichten, fruchtigen Kern mit seiner ansprechenden Lebendigkeit und Mineralität liegt eine duftende, komplexe Aura aus Zitrusblüten und wilden Kräuteraromen von Minze und Lavendel. Unterstützt durch eine straffe Abfolge dicker Tannine explodiert der Gaumen mit einem konzentrierten Geschmack reifer schwarzer Früchte, der im langen Abgang zum Vorschein kommt, bevor er von einer spannungsgeladenen Tanninumarmung erfasst wird.
