Der Gin Sharish Laurinius ist eine limitierte Auflage von 3883 Flaschen, mit einer Reifung von 1 Jahr in Fässern aus Lourinhãer Weinbrand, einer der 3 einzigen abgegrenzten Regionen für Weinbrand weltweit (ähnlich wie Cognac und Armagnac). Die Idee zu dieser Edition entstand bei einem Besuch der Verantwortlichen für den Aguardente Louriana XO, Paulo Marcelino und João Brito, in der Destillerie Sharish Gin. Sofort von António Cuco aufgenommen, wurde vereinbart, dass es eine Version des Sharish Gin Original sein würde, bei der der Apfel Bravo de Esmolfe durch die Pêra-Rocha do Oeste ersetzt wird, und ein zusätzliches Botanikal, das Lorbeerblatt, als Hommage an Lourinhã hinzugefügt wird. Botanicals: Wacholder, Lúcia-Lima, Orangenschale und Zitronenschale aus Alentejo, Koriandersamen, Nelke, Vanille, Zimt, Pêra-Rocha do Oeste und Lorbeerblatt.
