Weinbereitung und Reifung Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet und in 20-kg-Kisten zur Kellerei transportiert. Nach einer sorgfältigen manuellen Auswahl werden die Trauben entrappt und leicht zerdrückt, bevor sie in den Gärbehälter geleitet werden. Es folgt die alkoholische Gärung des Mostes in Edelstahltanks bei 24-26ºC. Der Wein reift 12 Monate in gebrauchten Fässern aus französischer Eiche.

Sehr feines Nasenprofil mit intensiven Aromen von Waldfrüchten, reifen Brombeeren und leichten pflanzlichen Eindrücken, die viel Komplexität und Finesse erzeugen.
