Cota 600 wird aus den Rebsorten Tinta Roriz und Tinta Amarela hergestellt und in neuen 500-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche gereift. Der Rotwein hat eine „transparente Textur“ und kann frisch verzehrt werden (zwischen 14 und 16 Grad). Er hat einen Alkoholgehalt und einen Kaloriengehalt unter dem Durchschnitt und ist ein Beweis für die „Außergewöhnlichkeit“ von Weinen, die aus hochgelegenen Weinbergen stammen, in diesem Fall aus 600 Metern Höhe auf der Alijó-Hochebene.
Brillanter Rubin
Im Mund präsentiert er eine gute Struktur, Frische, weiche Tannine und viel Harmonie. Er ist schmackhaft und saftig, mit mittlerem Abgang, aber Nachhaltigkeit.
