Spiegel des über 80 Jahre alten Weinbergs, der ihm seine Herkunft verleiht, besteht dieser Wein aus einer außergewöhnlichen Field Blend von mehr als 30 Rebsorten. Nach einer sorgfältig geplanten Lese erfolgt die Gärung in Granitlagern mit Fußstampfen und anschließender Reifung überwiegend in neuen französischen Eichenfässern. Komplexität und Eleganz, bereichert durch das anhaltende Aroma von Brombeere und Schokolade, sind die Hauptmerkmale, die diesen großartigen Wein definieren, der zu Ehren des charismatischen Pointer der Familie Serôdio Borges benannt wurde.
