Die für diese Spirituose ausgewählten Weinmassen sind das Ergebnis der Pressung vergorener Trauben, aus denen Weine entstehen, die in Edelstahlmühlen hergestellt werden. Die Massen werden in Kupfergefäßen in unserer eigenen Brennerei destilliert, wobei die Temperaturen und Destillationszeiten genau eingehalten werden, um eine hervorragende Qualität und Echtheit der verschiedenen Alkohole zu gewährleisten, aus denen der Geist besteht. 10 Jahre lang in „Limosin“-Fässern aus französischer Eiche gereift, zeigt es hervorragende Eigenschaften in Bezug auf Farbe, Struktur und aromatische Raffinesse.
