Farbe: Tiefer Bernstein mit gelbbraunen Reflexen. Nase: Das Aroma ist voll und rund, mit vielen cremigen Toffees, gelbem Zucker, Noten von Marsala-Wein, einem Hauch von gesalzenem Schweinefleisch, zarten Orangen und Mandarinen und einer leichten mineralischen Note, herb und leicht schwefelhaltig. Mit einem Spritzer Wasser entsteht eine Explosion blumiger Noten, wie frische Nelken und dann etwas salziger Brotteig. Geschmack: Ein schönes, weiches, süßes und beruhigendes Gefühl am Gaumen führt sofort zu einer Erinnerung an klebrigen Toffee-Pudding – Melasse. Datteln, brauner Zucker und mildeste Gewürze wie Muskatnuss und Zimt. Es gibt eine dauerhafte Zitrusnote, wie Orangenöl, mit etwas Zuckermandeln. Nachgeschmack: Lang, holzig und süß, mit der leichtesten Anisnote.
