Weinbereitung des Branco Carm Reserva 2022: Trauben, die sich nicht in perfektem Zustand befanden, wurden entfernt, die Trauben wurden vollständig entrappt, gefolgt von sanfter Kelterung und Schalenmazeration; für etwa 12 Stunden. Nach dieser Zeit in einer inerten Atmosphäre wurde die Pressung in einer pneumatischen Presse durchgeführt, gefolgt von einer Klärung des Mosts, die je nach Rebsorte und Reifegrad 24 bis 48 Stunden dauerte. Weinbereitung in Hyperreduktion, Gärung bei 12 °C und Abstich unter kontrollierter Atmosphäre. Die Weine reiften nacheinander in Edelstahl- und französischen Eichenfässern auf Feinhefe (Battonage) bis zur Abfüllung: 50 % in Edelstahl- und 50 % in französischen Eichenfässern für 8 Monate auf Feinhefe.
Die Frische und das Volumen im Mund sind überraschend, mit einem sehr langen, frischen und mineralischen Abgang.
Sehr frisch und komplex, mit Zitrusfrüchten, Grapefruit, im Einklang mit dezenten floralen Nuancen und starken mineralischen Noten, typisch für das „Terroir“, komplexiert durch die Noten, die aus der Reifung auf Feinhefen und Fässern resultieren.
