O Canard-Duchêne Charles VII Blanc de Noirs é um champanhe de excecional elegância, elaborado exclusivamente a partir de uvas tintas provenientes de vinhas de prestígio na Montagne de Reims, incluindo Grands Crus como Mailly e Bouzy. Apresenta uma tonalidade dourada intensa e uma mousse fina e persistente. No nariz, revela aromas complexos de frutas cozidas, como maçã e pêra, com notas subtis de cereja preta e especiarias delicadas. Na boca, destaca-se pela sua maturidade e riqueza, oferecendo sabores de frutas cozidas em continuidade com o nariz, resultando num champanhe de grande finesse, redondo e generoso. Envelhecido por um mínimo de quatro anos em caves, este Blanc de Noirs é ideal para acompanhar pratos requintados, como risoto cremoso com cogumelos ou queijos trufados.
