Weinbereitung des Weins Quinta do Carmo Tinto Magnum: Jede Rebsorte wird separat vinifiziert und es wird eine traditionelle Vinifikation mit Fermentationen in Edelstahltanks und in Lagares mit kontrollierter Temperatur verwendet. Am Ende der Fermentation folgt eine verlängerte Mazeration (7 bis 15 Tage). Die Weine reifen 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern. Am Ende der Reifung erfolgt die endgültige Cuvée des Weins.
