Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta do Carmo Branco: Die Rebsorten wurden separat vinifiziert und bei niedrigen Temperaturen fermentiert. Nach einer sehr sanften Pressung der Trauben durchläuft der Most eine statische Kaltdekantierung und wird 7 Tage lang "SURLIES" gereift, die Gärung erfolgt in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks. Der Roupeiro verleiht florale und zitrusartige Noten, Antão Vaz gibt dem Wein Struktur und Volumen, und der Arinto bringt Säure und Frische in die Komposition.
