Weinbereitung des Maçanita Terrantez do Pico Branco: Selektive Handlese in 20-kg-Körben, überwiegend von der Insel Pico und ein kleiner Prozentsatz von São Miguel. Ganztraubenpressung, Umfüllen nach 12 Stunden. Die ersten Pressungen werden in Edelstahltanks mit Temperaturkontrolle vergoren, um die Reinheit der Rebsorte zu bewahren, und die zweiten Pressungen werden zu 30 % in einem 3 Jahre alten Fass vergoren.
