Charakterisiert durch eine kleine Traube, niedrigen Ertrag und eine dünne, empfindliche Haut, ist diese bekannte französische Rebsorte seit ihrer Pflanzung im Jahr 2001 eine der größten Herausforderungen für unser Team in der Weinbau- und Önologieabteilung. Dieses Exemplar der Quinta do Cidrô zeigt eine andere Facette als üblich, indem es die Finesse und Eleganz dieser typischen Burgunder Sorte mit der Struktur und Mineralität des Douro vereint.
