Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Lomedo Branco: Hergestellt aus organischen "field blend" Trauben, die von Hand in dem emblematischsten Grundstück der Quinta do Cardo geerntet wurden. Es ist ein Wein von enormer Komplexität und Mineralität, mit eleganten Zitrusnoten, feinster Säure und bemerkenswerter Frische und Präsenz. Vinifikation: Nach dem Pressen der Trauben wurde der Most in einem Edelstahltank bei kontrollierter Temperatur vergoren. Der größte Teil des Weins wurde anschließend in ein altes Fass von 3000 Litern überführt, wo er ein Jahr lang auf der Feinhefe reifte, während der Rest bis zur endgültigen Cuvée in Edelstahl blieb.
