Vinifizierung des Vinho Proibido À Capela Tinto 2020: Nach der manuellen Lese und dem Transport zum Weinkeller in kleinen Kisten (18kg-20kg) wurden die Trauben von Hand entrappt und zu Fuß in einer kleinen Presse zertrampelt. Die Gärung begann spontan und dauerte ungefähr 20 Tage. Es wurde ohne Einsatz von Elektrizität in einen Krug umgefüllt.
