Ein Wein, der den Charakter und die Eleganz des Terroirs in Cortes de Cima widerspiegelt. Aus unseren Weinbergen in Vidigueira, auf ton-kalkhaltigen Böden, stammen die Trauben, die wir für diese Cuvée aus Syrah und Touriga Franca verwenden. Unsere Lese erfolgt von Hand und findet nachts in den kühleren Stunden der Morgendämmerung statt. Alle Trauben werden an einem Sortiertisch geprüft, um sicherzustellen, dass nur die besten Trauben zur spontanen Gärung gelangen, die nach einer Philosophie minimaler Intervention erfolgt. Die Weine reiften 12 Monate in Fässern aus französischer Eiche unterschiedlichen Alters, bevor die Cuvée im Edelstahltank vor der Abfüllung im Juni 2022 ausgebaut wurde.
