Vinifikation des Weiß Quinta dos Bons Ares 2022: Für diesen Wein wurde eine erstklassige Auswahl an Trauben getroffen, die geerntet und in kleine Kisten gelegt und anschließend über 12 Stunden Schalenmazeration im Weinbauzentrum Quinta dos Bons Ares gekühlt wurden. Nach Erhalt wurden sie einer zweiten Selektion unterzogen, bevor sie durch die Schwerkraft in die Pressen fielen, in denen sie sanften Presszyklen unterzogen wurden. Der saubere Most wurde langsam und bei niedrigen Temperaturen vergoren, um das aromatische Potenzial zu bewahren. 10 % davon wurden vergoren und 7 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern gereift.
