Vinifikation des Beyra Jaen Rot 2018: Von Hand geerntete Trauben, Empfang mit vollständiger Entrappung und sofortiger Zerkleinerung. Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur zwischen 16 und 17 °C für einen Zeitraum von etwa 20 Tagen. Reifung für 8 Monate in 2/3 französischen und 1/3 amerikanischen Eichenfässern. Unfiltrierter Wein, vorbehaltlich altersbedingter Ablagerungen.

Intensives und fruchtiges Aroma nach reifen Himbeeren und Kirschen, im Einklang mit sehr dezenten Noten der kurzen Reifung im Fass
