Vinifizierung des Weins Herdade do Sobroso Barrique Select Reserva Tinto Magnum: Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und in unseren Weinkeller transportiert, wo der Verarbeitungsprozess mit der Vinifizierung in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks und einer 21-tägigen postfermentativen Mazeration begann. Reifung: 12 Monate in 500-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Allier-Eiche gereift.
