Im Juni 2009, zur Feier des 50-jährigen Bestehens der Cia Müller, wurde die Reserva 51 lanciert, die viele Jahre lang ausschließlich zur persönlichen Reserve von Herrn Guilherme Müller Filho, dem Herrn Ézio, gehörte. Mit einem feinen Gaumen entwickelte er eine Cachaça mit perfektem Gleichgewicht zwischen Aroma, Geschmack und Farbe. So entstand die Reserva 51 Única, eine extra Premium Cachaça, die in Eichenfässern gereift und mit großer Sorgfalt und Hingabe hergestellt wird. Die Extra Premium Cachaça Reserva 51 Única ist ein Destillat aus den edelsten Zuckerrohrsorten und reift ausschließlich in amerikanischen Eichenfässern. Das Ergebnis ist eine Cachaça mit einem weichen Geschmack und einem unverwechselbaren Bouquet.
