Vinha Grande Branco è il primo vino bianco di Casa Ferreirinha e si caratterizza per la sua intensità aromatica, che lo definisce in modo molto elegante. Vinha Grande Branco rivela al meglio tutto il potenziale della regione del Douro nella produzione di vini bianchi assemblati di alta qualità. Uve provenienti da varietà selezionate provenienti da Quinta do Sairrão. In questa azienda agricola vengono piantati vitigni a bacca bianca in alta quota, dove le temperature sono più miti, ottenendo così uve con la maturazione e l'acidità desiderate. Dopo una delicata diraspatura, le uve vengono sottoposte a macerazione sulle bucce e successivamente pigiate. Dopo la decantazione a bassa temperatura, segue la fermentazione alcolica in tini di acciaio inox e botti di rovere francese, a temperatura controllata tra 14ºC-18ºC.
Pallido brillante con sfumature agrumate
Buon volume, un'acidità vivace rinfrescante e ben integrata, spiccano i frutti bianchi, leggere note cespugliose e un finale lungo ed elegante.
