Uma proximidade de, por vezes, escassos metros que obriga à proteção da vinha por muros (currais), dos ventos fortes e salinos do Atlântico. Vinificação de Verdelho O Original Branco de António Maçanita: Vindima manual seletiva em cestos de 20Kg, prensagem de cacho inteiro, transfega após 12h. Fermentação espontanea em cubas horizontais de 600-1000L. Estágio: 30% 6 meses em barrica sobre borra fina.
